About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution of our marketing strategy within Norway and internationally. This hands-on role will be central to ensuring the coordination and delivery of our marketing activities across events, customer outreach, lead management, and brand representation.
Areas of responsibility:
- Manage our presence at seminars, conferences and other similar event activities, from opportunity identification and planning to execution and follow up. This includes events hosted by mnemonic and sponsored industry conferences, both within Norway and assisting internationally in Northern Europe.
- Manage outbound communication with customers and prospects through mailing lists and targeted campaigns. Oversee lead gathering, qualification processes and handover to the sales organisation.
- Manage the production and inventories for giveaways, marketing collateral, signage, and other assets required for events, customer, recruitment, etc.
- Assist our experts in preparing for presentations at conferences and other public forums
- Help identify and evaluate opportunities where mnemonic should be present, such as industry forums, conferences, or other speaking opportunities, and maintain a general awareness of industry activity, competitors, partners and customers
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with our sales and marketing departments
- Assist the recruitment team in planning and executing recruitment activities at universities and similar forums
- Support the marketing team with various marketing activities, which depending on your skillset, may include content creation, social media, design, SEO, digital advertising, messaging, branding and other marketing disciplines.
Who are we looking for?
- We expect you will have several years’ experience working in a B2B marketing role.
- You will likely have a bachelor or masters degree focused on marketing, communication, business or similar.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
- You understand how marketing helps strengthen a brand and generate sales.
- You are creative, analytical and service oriented.
- You learn quickly, and are able to familiarize yourself with complex issues.
- You have good collaboration skills, take initiative, and are a self-driven person who takes responsibility for your own role.
- You have good social and networking abilities.
While advantageous, it is not a requirement that you have experience within IT security or the technology sector. You must however have the desire to learn and gain insight into this field, and are willing to work to develop strong knowledge of our customer segments, solutions and partners.
